Each gram contains:
Skim milk powder. Sucrose. Active bacterial culture


Use 5g of starter per litre (quart) of milk.
1) Heat the milk then let it cool.
2) Mix the starter with a small amount of the cooled milk, then pour this mixture in the milk.
3) Incubate 4- 4 1/2 hours or until desired firmness in the Yogourmet yogurt maker (or another similar appliance).
