多數貧血，補充鐵質都可以獲得改善。由於缺乏鐵質而引起的貧血症，常發生在女性、小孩和青年男女身上，但成年的男性卻很少發生。其原因是小孩與青年要發育成長，女性要排月經，成年男性則沒有上述的情況，所以缺鐵的機會就少了。

貧血症的定義是：身體不能產生足量的紅血球和血紅蛋白(Hemoglobin)，欠缺血紅蛋白的同時，紅血球的數量也會隨之減少，當然運送到體內的氧氣也會減少，因此這類的貧血患者就不能得到充足的氧氣供應，精力的產生也就隨之降低了。因此會感到四肢無力、頭昏眼花、呼吸短促、心跳加速、面色蒼白、隨時都感到疲憊不堪。

每粒包含:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg
Iron (ferrous fumarate) 35 mg
Manganese (gluconate) 2 mg
Folate (folic acid) 0.1 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Desiccated Liver Powder 200 mg
Dextrose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

使用方法:
成人: 每日1粒，隨餐服用。若有服用其他藥物時，請提前或挪後數小時服用。
