Apple Pectin Powder (Malus domestica) 700 mg Providing 500 mg Fibre
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source).

Direction:
Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with 8-10 oz. of water or juice, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Be sure to consume additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller dosages and gradually increase over several weeks. Take a few hours before taking other medications.
