Description:

Berberine is a natural compound found in several plants, most concentrated in the Berberis genus. Berberine containing plants have a long history of use in traditional medicine systems, particularly in Chinese, Ayurvedic, and Native American medicine.  These plants were thought to have therapeutic properties and were used for treating various ailments, including gastrointestinal issues, infections and skin conditions. Emerging research suggests the benefits of these plants can be isolated to the presence of an alkaloid compound -berberine.

Direction:

Adults (18 year and over) – Take one capsule, two times a day, with food; or as directed by health care practitioner.
