Direction:

Adult: Take 1 Capsule daily with food. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. As an adaptogen, take 2 capsules daily with food. Store in cool dry place. It is advised to use the product for minimum 12 weeks to see a beneficial effect on blood lipids level.
