Direction:
- Each packet in this box makes 1 litre (32 oz.) of tea when prepared according to the instructions on package insert. To prepare the herbal tea, see the package insert for instructions.
- Adults: Take 3 tablespoons of the prepared tea, 3 times daily. The prepared tea can be diluted with an equal amount of hot water prior to consumption. Ensure tea is sufficiently warm for optimal results. Sip slowly. Preferably, take 1/2 an hour before breakfast and lunch, and on an empty stomach before bed.
