Regenerlife Sleep Better Relax with ashwagandha and melatonin provides support for people with sleep concerns associated with age-related declines in melatonin. The advanced tri-layer tablets release 2.5 mg of melatonin immediately to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people who fall asleep slowly, alongside a 10:1 ashwagandha extract. An additional 2.5 mg of melatonin is released gradually, helping to maintain steady levels and promote sleep until morning.

Direction:
- Recommended adult dose: All uses except jet lag: 1-2 tablets once a day, at or before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
