Each vcapsule contains:
Iron (II) bisglycinate Ferrochel 18mg
Folate (Folic acid) 200mg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 100mg
Vitamin C (Ascorbia acid) 50mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25mg

Direction:
One capsule daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
