Vitality Plus 29% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide is a highly concentrated, multi-purpose hydrogen peroxide solution that can be diluted for a variety of household, gardening, cleaning, and other applications.

From household care and laundry to gardening, produce washing, and hot tub maintenance, different applications require different dilution ratios. Always dilute the product appropriately before use.

29% hydrogen peroxide is highly concentrated. Handle with care and follow all safety precautions.

  • General Dilution Guide
Solution Needed  Mix
Approximately 3% Solution 1 part 29% H₂O₂ + 8.7 parts distilled water
0.5% Solution 1 part 3% H₂O₂ + 5 parts distilled water


  • Fruits & Vegetables
Produce Washing Use an appropriately diluted solution. Soak for 20–30 minutes, then drain, rinse thoroughly with potable water, dry and refrigerate.


  • Gardening
Sprouting Seeds Use 1 oz (30 mL) of 3% hydrogen peroxide + 2 cups water. Soak overnight and repeat with each rinse.
House Plants Use 1 oz (30 mL) of 3% hydrogen peroxide + 1 quart (1 L) water for watering or misting.
Insect Spray Use 1 cup white sugar + ½–1 cup 3% hydrogen peroxide + 1 gallon water.


  • Household Uses
Dishwasher  Use 1 oz of 3% hydrogen peroxide per load.
Laundry Use 1 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide as an alternative to bleach.

 

  • Hot Tub
Start-Up  Add 2 cups (500 mL) of 29% hydrogen peroxide.
Maintenance Add 2 oz (60 mL) daily.
