Direction:
Organic flax meal can be added for extra nutrition to oatmeal, yogurt, salad, soup, chili, meat loaf, muffin, bread, or any other food item where a nutty flavour is appropriate. 1 tablespoon of organic ground flax seeds and 3 tablespoons of water may serve as a replacement for 1 egg in baking by binding the other ingredients together.
