Studies show that Ceylon Cinnamon has antioxidant and free radical scavenging properties. In addition, Ceylon Cinnamon seems to lower blood glucose, serum cholesterol and blood pressure.
You can drink it warm, or cool it to make homemade iced tea. The easiest way to make this beverage is to simply add 1 teaspoon of ground Ceylon Cinnamon to 1 cup of boiled water and stir. Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
